Recent sermon recordings
After the breaking of bread on a Sunday morning, we have a time allocated for teaching from the Bible (Usually around 30 minutes.) These sessions are taken by a responsible member who may have been allocated a topic or passage. Over recent years we have cycled through the Bible books of Acts, First and Second Corinthians, Romans, Matthew, Joshua, and Philippians.
What is actually said is the responsibility of the member concerned. We all have differences of approach to this task, and in some cases we have differences of interpretation on the detail of a Bible passage. That we may have such differences shouldn't and doesn't affect our unity in following and trusting Jesus. We believe they widen our understanding and give us the opportunity to show God's grace to each other.
All recordings are stored as Windows Media (WMA) files. They are roughly 3 MB in size which will take roughly 7 minutes on a dial-up line and 9 seconds on a 3Mb/s broadband connection The recordings require a media player such as the freely downloadable Microsoft Windows Media Player. Click on a button to start a download. Depending on your computer setup, the download might begin to play almost immediately or download to a file for playing later.
